What's up with us...

So...here I sit doing a little blog catching up, while my baby sits in the high chair eating rice cereal, and a little Cheerios. I finally got her second set of immunizations last week, (at almost 8 months old) and she fevered a little the first day, and stayed up fussing until midnight. And so it has been every night since. Yippee! We're hoping for a little earlier than that tonight. I'll try to wear her out, with blogging! :)

So, what's new with us? Here are just a few of the months goings on.

Tyson went to the finals of the school spelling bee. He did great!

Maycie learned to eat prunes. Mmmmm. She is such a cute little bug!

Allyson made her first pie.

Bill and I went to Paris, (only for a couple of hours - but it was delightful)

Matthew loves puzzles - he, like Jaron, will sit for an hour or two to put one together.

And, I am a winner! I am one of those people who occasionally enters to win the BBQ grill at the local grocery store, the HGTV dream home, and last year, "Disney's Year of a Million Dreams". If I won, then Bill would have to take us on a trip, right? So, a couple of weeks ago, I got a box in the mail. I'll admit, I did have a twinge of excitement when I saw it was from Disney's prize department. And what did I win? You're looking at it! Good thing, because if I ever do go to Disneyland, I'll guarantee you that we're too cheap to buy a pair of our own Mickey Mouse Ears.
