Family Time

Kirk and Jen and family have been here from their far away home in Japan, so we enjoyed a Bezzant family reunion, trying to squeeze in enough visits, until their departure for another year. We had lots of fun. With the first of our time spent at Kelley's family's cabin in Island Park. Their cabin is a little like a wild animal museum, with all kinds of African mounts, which most of the kids find cool, and a few find "scarey".

The first morning, this moose wandered into the yard. We watched it for a while, as it strolled through the trees, then down the road, then between the cabins and out into the river. We were all impressed! (I'm glad it wasn't too disturbed by our gawking, and following it - some got a little close!)

The cabin is right at the river's edge, so the kids loved playing, and floating and fished right off the porch.

More floating and boating.

The moose is right behind them (you can see it if you cross your eyes).

Mom and Dad had a cabin for the next week, Dad won it in a "closest to the pin" contest, at a golf tourney) So we went up for a day. Melisa brought a fun scrapbook craft, which kept us busy, while the Men folk went golfing. (Bill couldn't believe that I didn't invite him up to golf!! He hates golf.)

Tyson and Makayla are working on their next Gap photo shoot.

Dan and Kelley taking the kids on a float.

Sabrina and Ally, also in the mood to pose.

Our sophomore!!

We had a little Church on Sunday. Dad gave no prior instruction to anyone, but welcomed us all there to church, and promptly turned the meeting over to Kirk, who looked at him with some surprise, but graciously led us in a little service. It was nice. We sang a lot!

While we were all dressed up in such a pretty place, I had to get a family photo.

He looks cute in capri's, doesn't he?!

How many kids can one hot tub hold? This many!

Rub a Dub Dub, Four cousins in a tub! (they'll love this later!)

We met up with them at Mesa Falls, went to the lodge, and little animal display.

Two cute Matthew's!

"I hate it when a flat bear jumps onto the table, bites my finger, and my cousins can only look on in terror!"

Thank's for the ride, Grandpa. Mom was getting a little tired on the stairs!

We wanted to get a family picture while we were altogether. (We ended up with a few missing, but, had most of us there.) My good friends, Janel and Kate, came over to help us in our photo shoot.
It is quite a task getting a whole family to look forward at the same time, and have a pleasant look on their face. It is quite a comedy of errors! Luckily we have some that worked!

We decided to have all the grandkids with Grandma and Grandpa, and that is always quite an experience. I had to show one, just to show how well it went!
